TANGIBLE ITEMS (Teeshirts, Hoodies, etc.)
We DO NOT offer refunds on shirts or other tangible goods because you picked the wrong size, color, or otherwise don’t love the item. We’re not amazon and can’t afford that shit. These are specialty shirts printed individually for each order. We WILL replace your shirt or other items if they are damaged during shipment or there are production errors. If that’s the case, you’ll need to email us with a description of the damage and pics showing the damage. We will the order a replacement of your item, or provide you with store credit.
MastersDungeon.store does not offer refunds on digital items for any reason other than for charges you can demonstrate have not been authorized by you.
If you have problems downloading or opening your item/s? Just contact a Customer Support Faggot at email@example.com and tell us what the problem is and we will do our best to help you troubleshoot the problem.
“Lost” Digital Items
Did you accidentally delete your ebooks or audios, or lose them due to a computer crash? Don’t fret! Just reach out to a Customer Support Faggot at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will regenerate the download link for you if that edition of the item is still available for sale. We offer this as a one time courtesy for each customer.
If you believe someone else has used your card without your permission the smartest and fastest route is to cancel your membership here, and then contact your bank or card holder to notify them of the unauthorized charge. You may also contact our billing support here.
